A wonderful salad, pb. Very fresh tasting and I loved all the different fruits. I didn't add the coconut because I am not all that crazy about it. Otherwise I stayed true to the recipe. Thanks for sharing your recipe.

Great summer recipe. I used non-fat plain yogurt instead of sour cream.

To give it a little more body and to make it more filling I added about 4 oz of salad pasta to it. and the served it on a bed of Baby Spiinach leaves. Very good

Excellent! Loved the coconut, it made the salad really unique and very tropical. A great summer salad.

Scrumptious! This was wonderful. A great blend of textures and flavors. The different fruit ingredients make this worthy of a repeat performance at my house. Very tropical and so yummy. Thanks princess buttercup. We enjoyed this very much.

This is such a lovely chicken salad. I have made this numerous times for wedding brunches and showers. It has always been whole heartedly raved about! I do cut back on the sour cream mixture, because it tends to get a little "liquidy" after it sets awhile. Am going to make it for our new grandson's baptism next weekend!
