I love this recipe! I've made it at least once a day for the past three days. It's definitely my new favorite way to get my calcium. I'm going to start playing around with it to see if it's still good with a little less sugar in it, to make it even healthier. Thank you for sharing this! It has been a challenge to eat enough calcium during my pregnancy, so this recipe has been especially helpful!

- Spoon the yogurt into a blender. Add 6 tbls. of the sugar to the yogurt. Add ice and cardamom and blend until the yogurt mixture is smooth and frothy. Add up to 2 more tbls. of sugar if you want a sweeter drink. Pour into tall galsses and serve cold. Enjoy!
