Very Enjoyable! This reminds me of the yoga teas. No sugar needed.Loved the flavor of a hint of warming citrus.

Makes an enjoyable cup of tea. I prepared this with gunpowder green tea, two ways: first, using a tea strainer, and the second time putting the tea directly in the pot. The first way makes for a milder taste (the cardamom taste is more apparent), but both are good. I would caution that teapots do come in different sizes, so as this makes two cups of tea, make sure you only add two cups of water or you'll have a much- weakened tea. Thanks for posting!

I was actually surprised at how well the cardamom and green tea flavors went together. I've had green tea with lemon, plum, orange and other numerous other things I can't think of right now, but cardamom never occured to me! I liked this with a touch of honey. Cardamom adds a touch of warming sweetness to the typically somewhat-bitter beverage of green tea! I'm sure this would make green tea more palatable to people who don't care for it. Really lovely combination. Will definitely make again.
