This is an easy and quick recipe for apple syrup, and it tasted good (needed a little more cardamom for us), but was a bit too thick. I would cut cornstarch to 1/2-3/4 tablespoon. Made for Spring 2010 PAC.

This is a quick and easy option when you're looking for something a little different from your standard Mrs. Butterworth. I like that this isn't too sweet. I served it over gluten free waffles. Thank you for posting. Reviewed for PAC - Spring '09.
