Carbonara Quiche

ingredients
- 236.59 ml chopped cooked chicken
- 9 inch deep dish pie shells, thawed if frozen
- 3 eggs
- 1.23 ml salt
- 1.23 ml cayenne pepper
- 295.73 ml half-and-half
- 8 slice bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 295.73 ml shredded parmesan cheese
- 14.79 ml chopped Italian parsley
- 4.92 ml minced garlic
directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Spread chicken into the bottom of the pie crust.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt and cayenne. Add the half and half and whisk to blend.
- STir in the bacon, parmesan, parsley and garlic.
- Pour into the pie shell. Bake for about 35 minutes or until the center puffs and the eggs are set.
- LEt stand 5 minutes before cutting.
