This snack is great when you want something sweet and salty.
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄8 cup corn syrup
- 1⁄3 cup fat-free sweetened condensed milk
- 5 cups popped popcorn
- Pop popcorn.
- Microwave the mixed butter, brown sugar and syrup for 30 secs.
- Mix ingredients and repeat.
- Mix in milk and heat for 1 minute.
- Stir the mixture one last time.
- And pour over the popcorn!
