    Ingredients:

    Directions:

      Peel and slice oranges into rounds removing all the white pith first.
    2. 2
      Place in a glass dish.
    3. 3
      Boil up the syrup until it thickens and is caramel coloured.
    4. 4
      Remove the cinnamon stick and cloves and pour over oranges.
    5. 5
      Chill and serve.

      Extremely good and easy dessert. I'm not sure if I cooked the caramel for too long as it went into chewey bits after I poured it over the oranges (chewy bits are yummy though) and later it went more liquidy, not really thick like I expected. Such a great flavour though and very refreshing. I used Grand Marnier. Be sure to use the spices specified, they were wonderful!
