A little twist on the classic of caramelized onions.
- 1360.77 g white onions
- 14.79 ml butter
- 29.58 ml olive oil
- 1 bunch fresh thyme or 14.79 ml dried thyme
- cracked black pepper
- 4.92 ml sea salt
- 1. Peel and thinly slice onions.
- 2. Grease the sides of the crock pot.
- 3. Add onions, butter and thyme.
- 4. Drizzle with olive oil.
- 5. When cooked season with salt and pepper to taste.
