A fantastically delicious pizza. I love caramelized onions, so this one just grabbed me. I don't much like anchovies, but just a touch of anchovy made the "sauce" taste like homemade marinara. Now I'm dreaming of how easy the pizza would be made with oil-pack sun-dried tomatoes. Thanks for this great recipe!
Yum, yum, yum! I followed the recipe as much as I could, but a few things were left out. I believe that the anchovy paste is needed in step 8 at the food processor stage. Another comment is DO NOT OVERCOOK THE ONIONS. I forgot the mozzarella on this one and it was still good. Thanks for posting a terrific recipe, Ocean-Ivy - I enjoyed this recipe!
Fabulous!! I skipped the anchovy paste for DH, but otherwise followed the recipe. Pizza is DH's favorite, so I'm always looking for new ways with it... This one's a keeper! I served it with a cold green bean and tomato salad. :)
