Great spicy flavor...a unique sandwich that I will make again. My husband thougt it was to spicy so I will not use the chili oil next time and reduce the cayenne just a little. Thanks Derf!

Delicious!! Easy to make too. I was afraid that the meat was going to come out very tough but it was really just perfect. I also substituted soy sauce for the oyster sauce the way another reviewer posted. Also, I thought I had bread but it turned out to be too old, so I put mine on a tortilla and my husband's serving on rice and it was terrific both ways. I want to try it again with bread too :D Thanks for sharing!! :D

this is such a great recipe! i cheated and used pastrami from the deli that i thinly sliced and marinated in a ziplock. i used soy sauce instead of oyster, otherwise i stayed true to the recipe! delish! next time i will try it with real steaks, but the pastrami was very less work! ;) this would probably be good with deli roast beef, too! thanks, derf, for another keeper!!!
