Great recipe. I have made it a handful of times now and it tastes great with gorgonzala, blue cheese or both. Since the cheese usually comes in a 4oz package, I usually throw all 4 oz into the quiche. Also, the last time I made it, I forgot fresh onions so I used 2-1/2 cups frozen diced onions and it still came out delicious! I highly recommend trying this recipe out.
