LOVE macadamia; LOVED this super-quick, super-delicious way of caramelising them. I'll be making these again and again - for at work snacks in my desk drawer; for small, very personalised gifts and for serving to guests. Thank you so much for sharing this super recipe. Made for Ali Baba's babes for ZWT 5.
When the recipe says to use a heavy bottomed pan, listen to it :) Mine was a little to light and the bottom nuts burnt. The top ones were fantastic though! I will make this again, and will also try with different nuts. I see a pecan macadamia combo in the future. Made for ZWT5 Groovy Gastronomes.
This is great. I used demerara sugar. It's like candies. So easy to eat. In 10 minutes, they were all eaten by me, DH and my son. Thanks Boo :) Made for the Saucy Senoritas of ZWT5
