  • Clean the strawberries and halve the bigger ones.
  • Boil 100 ml water in a pot, dissolve the sugar, and add the strawberries. Simmer circa 5 minutes Allow the syrup and strawberries to cool.
  • Mix cottage cheese, honey, 1 tbsp mint, and quark. Spread the mixture over 4 small plates.
  • Take the strawberries from the syrup and put them on the cheese mixture. Garnish with the remainder of the mint.

  1. I am so sure this is so good BUT I am OLD SCHOOL. I understand Tablespoon and teaspoon and cup measures but do not understand 0.22 1.10 lb or 100ml. Give me 0Z, CUPS measures.
     
  2. This is sooooo good! I used low-fat cottage cheese, and this makes a fantastic low-fat dessert, and it's very pretty too. This will be a regular this summer. Thanks for posting! Made for PAC Fall 2008.
