- 3 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon gelatin
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 1⁄3 cup syrup
- 300 ml cream
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1⁄4 cup walnuts
- Whip eggs until lemony coloured.
- Addd rest of ingredients one by one.
- MIx together sugar and walnuts.
- Pour batter into ramikins and inside a water bath.
- sprinkle with topping mixture.
- BAke at 350 for 20 min until set.
