Made this up for the DS to take to his music recreation group were they enjoyed it. I was lucky enough to be able to use graham crackers (used 2 of the three packets in the box) and used a 23cm square pan. Set in the refrigerator and was easy to slice and remove from the tin once set. Thank you Gerry, made for Aussie/NZ Swap #36 January 2010.

If you want a sweet treat than try this square. Believe me, it went into the freezer quickly as it is very addictive and rich.

This is one of my favorite Squares. I have been making it for years and it has been taken to many pot lucks, showers, office paries and on and on. I often add a bit of food color to the icing to suit the occasion. a bit of red (for pink) for christmas or green for christmas or st. Patrick's day and of course white =for a baby shower (or pink or blue). It has been our favorite square for many years and to good for other zaar chefs to pass by.

Don't wait for Christmas, make these NOW!!! You won't be disappointed. Rich and wonderful. The combination of coconut, walnuts and graham wafers is right on. Thanks for sharing this, Gerry 999.

Christmas was over when I made this,,,,and I will make it again before next Christmas! My dh loves coconut so I try to find different ways to use it. We all loved this and it's really easy to put together. I followed your directions completely with no problems. This is very rich, but really very good! Thanks Gerry for sharing this :)
