      Yummmmmmy! This sauce came out nice and creamy and delicious! We served it over vanilla beqn ice cream along with chocolate syrup and we were in heaven! I didn't have cream so used evaporated milk and a pinch of sour cream. Thank you Rita!

      Incredible! THis was wonderful. We served it over ice cream. This would be good for serving to guests for a dinner party.

      My daughter wanted to make a copy cat version of a drink that she had at Starbucks but we didn't have caramel sauce....until we found and made your recipe. It turned out great. In fact it was so good that my daughter said "Mom, you are a goddess, I can't believe you just made caramel sauce." Secretly, I can hardly believe I did that either, but don't tell! Thanks Rita!

      Sorry to say this didn't work out for me. It could have been my stainless steel pan or the heat...but it turned out burnt tasting. I may try it again some day. Made for 1-2-3 hit wonders.

      Very delicious. Served it over pears and topped with homemade Ben and Jerry's Butter Pecan Ice Cream. To die for!
