Wow! Is all i can think of! This is simply the best caramel corn i've ever eaten - You've just made me into a popcorn fan!
This is soooo good. Be careful when microwaving the second time...I burnt my first batch.
This is SO good!! i can't stop eating it. I followd the recipe, except after everything is mixed, I put in the microwave for 1 minute, stir, then repeated it 3 times. I will be making this again. Thank you for posting.
This turned out great!! I used cashews and loved them in this. It is much easier to make than the ones you have to bake and stir.
My family gobbled this down in no time flat during a movie :) So easy and so quick to make. I have made homemade caramel popcorn on the stovetop before and it was delicious but very messy and more time consuming. This was much faster and just as tasty with very easy cleanup. Thank you so very much. We did not use peanuts (did not have) but other than that we followed the recipe using the light corn syrup. I would make multiple batches if I were going to serve more than a couple adults or more than 4 children :) My kids devoured it. I did at least get to have a sampling and it was Yummy!
This is awesome!! I'm adding this as my yearly food gift baskets that I make for 10 different families. I did burn the first batch so I made 3 other batches that I cooked for less time and was perfect!! Thank you Ciao!!
I just made this. OMG it is AWESOME and so easy. I am so excited about it. I am about to start batch 2. Thanks so much for sharing. Lisa
This recipe is sooo quick & easy! I made numerous batches & gave them as Christmas gifts this year & everyone raved about it. My Mom made some using the standard oven method & liked mine better. I highly recommend! I did, however, reduce the microwave time in the last step to 2-2 1/2 mins. stirring after 1 min. Thank you for giving me a quick, cheap, easy & delicious gift idea!!!
I'm sure this would have been better had I not burned it on the last step in the microwave. I suggest stirring after every 30-45 seconds and only microwaving it for 3 minutes. FYI- I did use plain popped popcorn, I don't know if that made a difference.
Wow! This was amazingly simple and totally delicious! I used about 3 or 4 Tbsp. unpopped corn and popped it on the stovetop (I'd never done it before, but even that was incredibly easy and foolproof). After stirring the popcorn into the coating mixture we only had to microwave it a total of 3 more minutes before it was evenly coated. My sister and I ate at least half of it out hot of the 13x9 pan I used to cool it in, but it was even better after cooling - nice and crunchy, and the flavor tasted just like it was out of a gourmet tin. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe! I will be using this recipe for Christmas gifts this year!!
