      We have been using this recipe for years, and I can't believe I never rated it! This is my top favorite recipe for caramel popcorn--so easy and tastes incredible. It's buttery, sweet, salty, crisp and just plain sinful. My only complaint is once you eat the first handful, it's difficult to stop. I could eat the entire batch by myself. :)

      This was the 1st time I ever made carmel corn & wanted a recipe that didn't take forever & a day. I picked the right one, plus - - the corn was awesome. Compliments to you!

      Good stuff! Easy and cheap to make. I had my doubts when I tasted the candy on its own, but after tossing w/ the corn & baking, the combo was delicious: sweet, savory, buttery & super-crunchy.
      I doubled the recipe and baked it off in two disposable roasting pans and since it was so thick in the pans, with both pans in the oven, I baked for 2 1/2 hours, stirring every 20 min, or more. Came out perfect and gave me 13 ziploc sandwich bags for Christmas treats, plus a snack for me. Thank you for this recipe, everybody who recieved some gobbled it on the spot - very gratifying!

      Made this today, Great Recipe. Turned out perfect. Nice and crunchy. My husband will be watching his wrestling this evening, munching these down while sipping on some Mountain Dew. It will be all gone tonight. Thanks for the recipe.

      These turned out very nice. I was looking for a receipe just like this. I was, at first, a little concerned about the color change once the baking soda is added but soon realized that was supposed to happen:) What does baking soda do anyways??? I will forever use this carmel popping corn receipe. Thank you:)
