Adapted from Larks' Country Heart
- 12 cups popcorn
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 4 1⁄2 cups sugar
- 2 1⁄2 cups brown sugar
- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1⁄2 cups light corn syrup
- Bring to a boil: Butter, Sugar(s),Milk and cream.
- Then stir in Salt and corn syrup.
- Boil to a "Softball" stage.
- Stirring constantly.
- Pour over popped corn, mix well.
- Lay out to "dry" on a sprayed pan.
