Very easy to make. makes a great movie snack.
- 473.18 ml brown sugar
- 118.29 ml light corn syrup
- 236.59 ml butter
- 2.46 ml baking soda
- 0.25 ml salt
- 2.46 ml vanilla
- 236.59 ml nuts
- 7568.0 ml popped corn
- in a small saucepan, combine sugar, syrup and butter. Bring to boil and cook 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
- stir in baking soda, salt, vanilla and nuts. Pour over popcorn. Mix well.
- bake @ 225 degrees F for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes.
What an excellent treat chefmick. We really enjoyed this quick and easy to make recipe. The flavor of the popcorn was amazing. I baked the popcorn in at 225 oven for 45 min. Thank you for sharing this recipe that I will make again and again.
Great popcorn, the caramel really added a nice flavor to this, and also enjoyed the nuts in this too. Made as posted, and made for a nice little treat during tonights game. Made for 1-2-3 hits..
