Caramel Nut Fondue

  • 78.78 ml cream
  • 14.79-29.58 ml peanut butter
  • 473.18-946.36 ml cubed fruit
  • 236.59 ml chopped nuts or 236.59 ml toasted coconut

  • Combine caramels, milk and peanut butter in 1-quart microwave-safe bowl. Microwave 2 to 3-1/2 minutes. Pour mixture into 1-quart fondue pot. Serve, heated, with skewers for cut apples chunks, pineapple, banana, cake, marshmallow, or other fruits as dippers into fondue then roll in chopped nuts or toasted coconut after dipping.

  1. Rita, I didnt do this as fondue but as a topper for homemade brownie caramel sundaes. Its awesome like that and it keeps and reheats nicely. Thanks for a yummy ince cream topper!
