I made this up cuz I'm in England with no McDonalds and I am addicted to their iced coffee!
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons caramel coffee syrup
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1⁄3 cup milk
- 2⁄3 cup coffee
- 5 ice cubes
- I use Recipe #312986 for my syrup.
- combine the syrup, cream, and milk in a tall glass and mix well. Add ice. Add coffee and stir and enjoy.
Great flavor! I added 1 Tbs Splenda to it to sweeten it a little. Served over a tall glass of ice with a little whipped cream and caramel syrup drizzled on top. Made for 2012 Spring PAC.
This is a very good refreshing coffee beverage. It would be great on a hot summers day sitting on the beach at the Jersey Shore. Yum! Thanks for posting such a creative idea! This recipe was tagged in the Comfort Cafe's Jan. 2009 tag game.
