Coffee sweetened with buttershot and caramel.
- 6 ounces strong fresh brewed coffee
- 1 ounce butterscotch schnapps
- 1 tablespoon caramel sauce
- whipped cream (optional)
- Pour coffee into a coffee mug add liquor, drizzle caramel, top with optional whipped cream and enjoy!
This was a delicious coffee Rita. I loved the combination of coffee, caramel and butterscotch schnapps. A perfect sweet coffee, smooth and creamy. I garnished it with whipped cream and homemade caramel sauce.
Real after dinner treat! Someone suggested increasing the butterscotch to 2 oz...not a bad idea. The cream topping is a must!
