  • Core and dice apples. Immediately add crushed pineapples with juice. Stir in the pudding mix. Add in entire container of cool whip. Stir together and refrigerate til ready to eat. It's better if it sits an hour or so in order for the flavors to blend.

  1. I am very happy to have found this recipe - it was AWESOME! Very good and very easy to prepare. This is coming with me to a huge family Thanksgiving dinner this year. It will be a big hit!

  2. Very gool. Made it for a dinner with my in-laws and they loved it too, so much so, my MIL is making this recipe for her gathering at her house. I whisked the pineapple juice with the pudding mix and cool whip. Then added it to the apples and pineapple. Just before serving I added 1/2 cup peanuts.
