  • Mix sauce ingredients together.(sugar, pineapple flour, egg,vinegar).
  • Heat on stove until thick, stirring often.
  • Cool in refrigerator.
  • Fold together sauce, cool whip and peanuts. Fold in apples.
  • Sprinkle with peanuts and chill until served.
