- 9 ounces Heath candy bars, crumbled
- 30 caramels
- 1⁄3 cup Amaretto
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup whipping cream
- Reserve one cup heath bars.
- in a buttered casserole, spread candy crumbs.
- in a saucepan, melt caramels with amaretto.
- Cool just to room temperature.
- stir in creams ans whip til thick.
- spread in dish and cover with remaining crumbs.
- cover and freeze.
- cut into squares.
