  • Combine all ingredients except ice cream and cinnamon sticks in a blender and refrigerate to chill. At serving time add ice cream and blend. Pour over cracked ice into glass coffee mugs. Add a cinnamon stir stick.

  1. Excellent change of pace for a blended coffee drink. Instead of a cinnamon stick, I served this with a straw, which is something I don't often do with tequila drinks, but it seemed to work just fine. Thanks for posting! Made for PAC Fall 2008.
     
  2. This was very tasty with quite a kick to it. Some might prefer to cut back on the alcohol level. It has a nice coffee flavor with a hint of cinnamon, and the ice cream makes it rich and creamy. Thanks for posting! ~Sue
