From Hy-Vee, Winter 2012 - Serve as alternative to Egg Nog. Cold, creamy & delicious.
- 1⁄2 gallon orange juice (Not frozen kind, please)
- 1 (5 ounce) package vanilla instant pudding mix
- 3 cups whipped cream (or 8 oz whipped topping, such as Cool-Whip, thawed)
- 1 1⁄2 cups spiced rum
- cinnamon stick
- In blender, combine orange juice and pudding mix.
- Blend until pudding mix is dissolved.
- Add rest of orange juice, rum, and whipped cream.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve over crushed ice with cinnamon stick as garnish.
