Easy healthy fix: Use turkey bacon, low-fat mayo, and two slices of whole-wheat bread or stuff into a whole-wheat pita
- Combine shrimp, celery, mayo, lime juice and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper.
- Top one slice of toast with 1/4 c shrimp mixture and 3 tomato slices. Place slice of toast on top.
- For captain club: Add 1/4 c shrimp mixture, 2 avocado slices, 2 slices bacon and another slice of toast.
- Repeat for each.
