Cappuccino Pudding
"Yumm...this is EASY, creamy and delicious! I use sugar free and fat free pudding, 1% milk and light Cool Whip to make this and it still tastes creamy and sweet!"

- 14.78-19.71 ml instant coffee granules
- 29.58 ml boiling water
- 709.77 ml cold milk
- 113.39 g box instant vanilla pudding
- 113.39 g box instant chocolate pudding mix
- 4.92 ml ground cinnamon
- 473.18 ml Cool Whip
- additional whipped topping, with
- chocolate wafer crumbs or shaved milk chocolate
directions
- Dissolve coffee granules in water, set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine milk, pudding mix and cinnamon.
- Mix thoroughly then stir in dissolved coffee.
- Gently fold in Cool Whip.
- Pour into dessert bowl or individual pudding dishes.
- If desired, garnish with an additional spoonful of Cool Whip and wafer crumbs or shaved chocolate.

It has taken me a long time to update this page, but this website has been one that I go to every single day (okay, maybe every other day, but you get the idea), so I finally decided I should share a little about myself and my family.
I am a Registered Nurse part-time and a full-time mother of two beautiful daughters. My husband I celebrated our 21st wedding anniversary this year. Being with my family is a great joy to me and cooking for them is a pleasure! I love to try new foods and I am fortunate that so does everyone else in the family (well, except the 5 year old who is "picky" - but at least occasionally starting to try new foods!). RecipeZaar helps me explore new food and has given me many yummy "repeat" recipes that have become "standard" in our home.
