"This is a mix between a muffin and a cupcake...no frosting - but sweet enough. :)"

ingredients

• 1 (18 1/4 ounce) package brownie mix (regular chocolate, no nuts or caramel, etc.)
• 2 eggs
• 1⁄3 cup water
• 1⁄3 cup oil
• 1 1⁄2 tablespoons coffee
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon

directions

1. Blend all ingredients. Fill mini-muffin cups 1/2 full. Bake at 350° F for 12-15 minutes.
