"A lovely after dinner drink or just for those cool winter evenings. You can substitute the brandy extract for almond, rum, mint or vanilla for a variety of tastes."

• 2 ounces milk, steamed
• 1⁄4 teaspoon brandy extract
• whipped cream

directions

1. Combine espresso, milk and extract in a cup.
2. Top with whipped cream,.
3. Garnish with a thin wafer if desired.
