this is delicious although I did a few amount adjustments, it wasn't spicy enough for our taste so I added in some cayenne pepper, I omitted the cardamom pods and used ground nutmeg, great combo of flavors, this was made for KK's tag game, thank you for a great recipe Char!

This was wonderful. I replaced the tomato with a tin of diced tomatoes, as we like more sauce with our curry. This is the only change I made & it's just great. Am having leftovers for lunch today & the flavours are fabulous. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

Wow! This was knock your socks off great! We love curry, and even my six year old enjoyed it. Thanks for posting!

We really enjoyed this. The spices blended beautifully, and deeply flavored the tender chicken. I would have preferred more heat, and suggest adding another pepper. We thought that one large tomato made just the right amount of liquid. DH doesn't care for curry and was very worried, but he liked it and asked for more! Thanks for posting this one.

This was a really delicious recipe!! I used thigh fillets and three medium sized tomatoes (which I blanched and peeled) didn't change anything else. The house smelt amazing while this was cooking. We love our curries and the only thing I would change would be to add another chili or two.Served with jasmine rice (mama-style Soy Smoothie). Absolutely delicious!!
