ingredients
- 118.29 ml diced pineapple
- 118.29 ml diced strawberry
- 236.59 ml sliced grapes
- 177.44 ml blueberries
- 236.59 ml apple juice
- 118.29 ml orange juice
- 1.23 ml black pepper
- 1 orange, segmented
directions
- In medium bowl, combine pineapple, strawberries, grapes and blueberries.
- Add juices and mix well.
- Cover bowl and refrigerate.
- To serve, spoon into bowls and garnish with pepper and orange segments.

Now this is my kind of 'gazpacho' ~ ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! I was going to leave out the pepper but included it at the last minute & am glad I did, as it gave the fruit soup just enough of a change as to make it special! Thanks for a great keeper! A wonderful recipe! My family raved over it. I had to use canned pineapple tidbits since pineapples are just outrageously priced here lately and I did not add the black pepper since a couple of family members do not like pepper. Other than that, I made as posted. We had it with a spicy dinner and it hit the spot. Thanks for posting such a great recipe!
