Canyon Ranch Fruit Gazpacho

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. In medium bowl, combine pineapple, strawberries, grapes and blueberries.
  2. Add juices and mix well.
  3. Cover bowl and refrigerate.
  4. To serve, spoon into bowls and garnish with pepper and orange segments.

Now this is my kind of 'gazpacho' ~ ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! I was going to leave out the pepper but included it at the last minute & am glad I did, as it gave the fruit soup just enough of a change as to make it special! Thanks for a great keeper!
