      This was so refreshing but it really depends on the cantalope for flavor. So be sure the cantalopes are in season befor trying this rcipe.

      Very pleased with this recipe. Nice, light summery dessert. I garnished with fresh raspberries instead of orange peel. I agree that you have to be careful with the cantaloupe since the seasonings are very subtle.

      Hubby and son didn't care for it, but I did. I added more OJ, lime and sea salt to snazz up the flavor.

      This receipe substitutes well. I was out of fresh oranges so substituted fresh orange juice (NOT from concentrate) bought at the store. I also substituted a scant 1/2 cup milk with a dollop of sour cream for the whipping cream as I don't keep that in the house and didn't feel like a special trip to the store. The rest of the seasonings as stated. It was good but you had better like cantaloupe or this won't appeal to you. I like it better in a salad in stead of tomatoes.
