DD#3 loves cantaloupe...this one was for her. Make sure to use a ripe cantaloupe for the best flavor. I always just mix in a tall glass with my stick blender.

  • 12 cup orange juice
  • 12 cup peeled seeded and cubed cantaloupe
  • honey
  • 12 cup ice

Directions

  1. Place the juice, fruit and honey in a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed for 30 seconds.
  3. Add ice and blend until smooth.

I had a craving for cantaloupe at the beginning of the season. This is the recipe I chose because so many others out there have dairy in them. This is delicious and I will keep it in my permanent files.

Yummy! We got an edible arrangement and it had sooo much fruit in it. We were looking for something to do with the cantaloupe that was left and this fit the bill for a perfect lunch!

This was a wonderful smoothie Laurie. We enjoyed it very much. The cantaloupe, honey and orange blend well together, creating a splendid treat, that was quick and easy to make. We love cantaloupe's I will be making this often.
