I had some leftover cantaloupe so thought I'd whip it up in a smoothie.
- 250 g cantaloupes, cut into chunks
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 100 g yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon Splenda sugar substitute
- ice (optional)
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Made for breakfast; delish! Used vanilla yogurt, then followed the recipe. Lovely smoothie! Made for ZWT3.
A nice refreshing drink great for a hot summer afternoon!
Good taste. I had a pretty poor cantaloupe so I had to add additional sugar than the Splenda called for which I don't use. I used freshly squeezed lime juice, Balkan (thick) yogurt plus some water to make it blend up. I didn't add ice per preference. I'd make this again especially to use up a cantaloupe.
