Cantaloupe, Berry and Pineapple Smoothie

I really like it! I subbed blueberries for the blackberries which worked just fine. I also used the "light" cranberry juice to lessen the calories even more. I added a couple ice cubes to the blender, but next time I will simply pre-freeze the cantaloupe. Thanks for sharing! Made as a recipenap for Veggie Swap June 2010.

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender & mix, using the on/off pulse function until mostly blended, then continue mixing, gradually increasing the speed, until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Pour into 2 glasses & enjoy!
