In 'Saved By Soup' by Judith Barrett


  1. Combine the cantaloupe, mint, lemon juice, and sugar in a food processor or blender and process until smooth.
  2. Taste and add more sugar or lemon juice, if desired.
  3. Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
  4. Stir well and serve in chilled bowls.
