  1. Whip ricotta with electric mixer until light and fluffy.
  2. Add sugar and mix until dissolved.
  3. Add extracts.
  4. Fill shells with a pastry bag or ziplock bag with a hole cut out of a corner.
  5. Dip ends in chips.
  6. Dust with confectioners' sugar and serve on a doily.
  7. Enjoy!
