This come from my grandma. She was an awesome cook but now she has past so I decided to give you her recipe. I help my dad can and this recipe is easy to make.
- Slice cucumbers in chips.
- Fill your jar with vinegar, salt, sugar, and pickling spice.
- Close up jar and stor for 8 weeks or longer.
- Open jar after 8 weeks and Enjoy!
We made these and could hardly wait out the weeks until they were done in jars.
Delicious recipe. I'm going to make batches and give as Christmas gifts. Since they sit for 8 weeks I probably should start them end of summer. Thanks for this recipe.
