ingredients

• 15 1⁄2 ounces cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
• 1⁄4 cup tahini
• 1⁄4 cup lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
• 1⁄2 teaspoon cumin powder
• 1 teaspoon salt

directions

1. process all ingredients in a blender or processer until smooth. add water a tsp at a time to thin if needed.
