This is one of my party life savers. It's simple and easy and is great for anyone with a food intolerance (well I think so). You could leave out the cashew nut paste if you have a nut allergy.
- 1 (200 g) can cannellini beans
- 1 spring onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons cashew nuts paste
- 1⁄2 teaspoon citric acid
- Place beans,chopped spring onions, cashew nut paste and citric acid in food processor and process until smooth.
