- 1 (200 g) can cannellini beans
- 1 spring onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons cashew nuts paste
- 1⁄2 teaspoon citric acid
directions
- Place beans,chopped spring onions, cashew nut paste and citric acid in food processor and process until smooth.

I joined up with Recipezaar to share my recipes for anyone else out there that may have a food intolerance. I have a VERY low intolerance to a large range of foods and preservatives. My life saving cook book is "Friendly Food" by the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital Allergy Unit.
