  1. A lovely treat on a cold winter day. I enjoyed the flavors in this lovely creamy and rich chocolate. Made for Comfort Cafe Chalet/2010 :)

  2. ohhh, what a treat. :) I scaled it down for one and didn't add the schnapps. I used low fat milk and fat free whipped cream. It was very very very good and tasted just like Christmas. Thanks for sharing!

  3. Absolutely delicious! I did not include the alcohol in the mixture but served aside in candy shot glasses so my friends had the option of adding or not. The kids loved changing the color from white to pink by magic using their candy cane wands. A keeper! Made for The Comfort Cafe, a tag game.

  4. I made this the first time for Christmas and have made it several times since then. It has become one of my very favorite hot drinks. The cool of the peppermint really gives me a lift. A lovely pink color, too. Very unique and would actually be good for Valentine's Day.

  5. I made this delicious drink during the holidays. I halved the recipe and it still turned out great. Had a very smooth chocolate mint flavor and the mint was not too strong. A favorite with both kids and adults. Thanks for sharing this Nurse Di.
