Candy Bar Pie

ingredients

• 4 ounces Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
• 1 tablespoon milk
• 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip, thawed
• 4 -5 ounces chocolate-covered caramel & peanut nougat bars, chopped
• 1 1⁄2 cups cold milk
• 2 packages jell 0 chocolate instant pudding (4-serving size)
• 1 (6 ounce) 9-inch Oreo cookie pie crust

directions

1. Mix softened cream cheese and 1-Tablespoon milk until smooth.
2. Gently fold in 1-1/2 cups of the Cool Whip and chopped candy bars.
3. Pour 1-1/2 cups cold milk into another bowl.
4. Add pudding mixes.
5. Beat with wire whist 1-minute.
6. (Mixture will be thick) Gently stir in remaining Cool Whip.
7. Spread 1/2 of the pudding mixture onto bottom of crust.
8. Cover with cream cheese mixture, top with remaining pudding mixture.
9. Refrigerate 4 hours or until set.

I think I've died and gone to pie heaven! This was really good stuff! KIDS loved it and had me make a 2nd one the next day.
