- 1⁄8 cup Frangelico
- 1⁄4 cup Hersheys Chocolate Syrup
- 1⁄4 cup Coco Lopez
- 1⁄4 cup coconut, finely shredded
- 1⁄2 cup vanilla ice cream
- Combine all ingredients in blender.
O...M...G! Incredibly decadent and soooo delicious. I would give this 10 stars if I could. I shared this drink with my daughter because the fat content is higher than I'm supposed to have (oops!) and we both LOVED it. My husband had a sip and thought is was great, too! I will definitely make this again, but try to lighten it up by using low-fat ice cream and halving the coconut and cream of coconut used. I think it will still be awesome. Thanks much for sharing!
