  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. To frost,"center" layer of cake, in a large bowl, mix nuts, brown sugar, caramel, and honey; set aside.
  3. In another large bowl, mix flour, sugar, eggs, sour cream, pudding, extract, and butter.
  4. Blend at high speed until smooth.
  5. In two 8" or 9" greased and slightly floured pans, pour in batter.
  6. Bake for at least 45 minutes; when done, cool at room temperature for 20 minutes.
  7. When cooled, frost top of bottom layer with caramel mixture.
  8. Frost cake with Chocolate Frosting.
