This would be so cute on a Thanksgiving buffet. Amounts are approximate.
- Sandwich a thin layer of melted chocolate between the flat sides of two pecan halves.
- To create the textured caps, dip the upper third of each "acorn" into melted chocolate, and roll in finely chopped pecans.
- The acorns can be made up to one month ahead and frozen between layers of wax paper in an airtight container.
